Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby, acting freely, at my own will and in my own interest, consent to Beetrail International Limited (Company Number: 78515900; address: 511, Ming Sang Industrial Building, 19-21 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; email: hello@beetrail-group.com) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to process my personal data under the following conditions:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic (if any)
  • Email address (email)
  • Phone number
  • Company/organization name
  • Information about the project and its requirements
  • Files and documents attached to the request

2. The purposes of processing personal data:

  • Processing a request for the development of a mobile application or other IT product
  • Preparation and submission of a commercial offer
  • Communication on project implementation
  • Fulfilment of contractual obligations when concluding a contract
  • Improving the quality of services provided

3. Actions with personal data:

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

4. Processing methods:

Personal data is processed using automation tools and without using such tools, in compliance with the requirements of legislation on the protection of personal data.

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties:

I agree that my personal data may be transferred to the Company’s service providers (hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, security, technical support) only to the extent necessary to achieve these goals, provided that data confidentiality and protection are ensured.

6. Cross-border data transfer:

I am informed and agree that personal data may be processed on servers located outside my country of residence, and the Company ensures an adequate level of personal data protection.

This consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the processing goals are achieved, but not more than 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of the last interaction with the Company, or until the consent is withdrawn.
